What a great day for a race! The temps started out with negative numbers but soon warmed up to a positive experience for all 60 racers. Cloudy skies cleared out to glorious sunshine highlighting the snow laden tree limbs. What a winter wonderland Valley Spur is!
Soup courtesy of the Sports Rack of Marquette was served after the race in the lodge along with many other goodies. Awards were presented at the Falling Rock Cafe in Munising following the event.
Thanks to all our racers who attended this event. We hope to see you at the Snowman triathlon in March. Thank you to our sponsors for supporting the Valley Spur trail system and our race events.
